KIN kolektyw
KIN kolektyw is a community for people who work from home and miss meeting others, built around free, offline events. Martyna and I developed the brand identity design together as a self-initiated project, from the name and logo design to the visual identity system and its applications. It began as a challenge to push both our practices, and it has since reached the final of a design competition.

Pixels made physical
KIN began as a single event and grew into a collective with free, recurring meetings. The name stands for Kultura, Integracja, Niezależność. The logo design is a set of pixel marks — a figure with arms thrown wide, and a set of icons designed to represent different values.

The visual identity system pairs violet, lime, pink and orange against black with a heavy grotesk and a pixel display face. The voice mixes Polish and English, so newcomers to Poland can find their way in. It runs from lanyards and billboards to the website, and to Binter × KIN, a concept speed dating evening that asks "Hot match?"
